A Polícia Civil prendeu, nesta sexta-feira (31), em Poconé, uma mulher, de 37 anos, que estava foragida da Justiça de Mato Grosso pelo crime de homicídio.<\/p>\n

A prisão foi realizada por volta das 9h45, quando a mulher procurou a Delegacia de Poconé para registrar um boletim de ocorrência por lesão corporal e requerer medidas protetivas de urgência, com base na Lei Maria da Penha.<\/p>\n

Porém, enquanto realizava os procedimentos de praxe, a policial civil que atendia o caso constatou que havia um mandado de prisão preventiva contra a mulher, expedido pela Primeira Vara Criminal de Cáceres, pelo crime de homicídio.<\/p>\n

Diante da situação, a equipe da Delegacia de Poconé cumpriu o mandado de prisão e a mulher foi conduzida para a cela da unidade policial, onde ficou à disposição da Justiça.<\/p>\n
