C<\/strong>aso não dispute o Governo, o senador, Jayme Campos (União), revelou aos mais chegados que não pretende concorrer à prefeitura de Várzea Grande, em 2028, de jeito nenhum. Na avaliação de Campos, seria desnecessário correr risco em uma eleição complicada, ainda mais com 76 anos, idade que ele terá até o próximo pleito municipal.<\/p>\n

No entanto, Jayme não vai se abster do processo político na sua terra natal. Pelo apurado, ele pretende apoiar a desembargadora aposentada, Maria Erotides, caso ela se filie ao União Brasil ou até mesmo o ex-prefeito, Kalil Baracat (MDB).  <\/p>\n
