A Prefeitura Municipal de Novo Mundo realizou um momento marcante ao convocar o SINTEP, a Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e o setor jur\u00eddico do munic\u00edpio para uma reuni\u00e3o decisiva.<\/div>\n

O encontro, liderado pelo Prefeito Casciano, resultou em medidas significativas para a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div>\n

“Importante destacar que a administra\u00e7\u00e3o tomou a iniciativa e ofereceu esse reajuste. Isso \u00e9 reconhecer o trabalho desenvolvido e incentivar a classe, afirmando que seus direitos ser\u00e3o respeitados”, destacou Joelma, Secret\u00e1ria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div>\n

Na reuni\u00e3o, foi anunciado um reajuste salarial de 6,27% no piso salarial de todos os profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o, abrangendo apoio administrativo educacional, t\u00e9cnico administrativo educacional e professores, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso da gest\u00e3o com o cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e a melhoria da qualidade do ensino.<\/div>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, foi firmada a inclus\u00e3o do pagamento do ter\u00e7o de f\u00e9rias dos professores na folha salarial de julho de 2025, um benef\u00edcio esperado pela categoria.<\/div>\n

O Prefeito Casciano ressaltou que a iniciativa demonstra o empenho da administra\u00e7\u00e3o em oferecer melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es aos educadores e fortalecer a educa\u00e7\u00e3o municipal.<\/div>\n
