Este projeto inovador, que representa um investimento de mais de R$ 1,9 milh\u00e3o, \u00e9 um marco para o bairro e para o munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n<p>O complexo est\u00e1 estrategicamente localizado ao lado da Creche Crian\u00e7a Feliz, pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 Comunidade Cat\u00f3lica Nossa Senhora Aparecida. A estrutura incluir\u00e1 uma quadra poliesportiva, parque infantil, quadra de areia, academia ao ar livre, \u00e1rea de conviv\u00eancia com pergolados, sanit\u00e1rios, estacionamento e cal\u00e7amento com acessibilidade. Al\u00e9m disso, ser\u00e3o realizados servi\u00e7os especiais de jardinagem, arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o e paisagismo, que prometem transformar o espa\u00e7o em um verdadeiro
