O preg\u00e3o est\u00e1 marcado para o dia 9 de agosto (sexta-feira) e ser\u00e1 realizado pela Est\u00e2ncia Bahia Leil\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">O im\u00f3vel era do antigo Bemat (Banco do Estado de Mato Grosso) e est\u00e1 h\u00e1 mais de 30 anos no patrim\u00f4nio estatal. No entanto, era alvo de a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, cujo resultado foi favor\u00e1vel ao Estado, com tr\u00e2nsito em julgado, comprovando a posse da propriedade para o governo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Quem comprar a \u00e1rea poder\u00e1 utilizar para cultivo de soja, milho e algod\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As regras do leil\u00e3o foram publicadas em edi\u00e7\u00e3o extra do Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado, na sexta-feira (26.07). A publica\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser conferida aqui.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Os interessados, sejam pessoas f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas, devem se credenciar na plataforma da Est\u00e2ncia Bahia (https:\/\/judicial.estanciabahia.com.br), respons\u00e1vel pelo leil\u00e3o, at\u00e9 48 horas antes do in\u00edcio do evento.
