Mesmo ap\u00f3s o deferimento da medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia, pelo menos tr\u00eas vezes, o investigado descumpriu a decis\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n<p> Diante da conduta reiterada do suspeito e do risco \u00e0 v\u00edtima, o delegado Marcelo Menezes representou pelos mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva e de busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar contra o investigado, que foram deferidos pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p> Os policiais da DEDM Cuiab\u00e1 deram cumprimento ao mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o na resid\u00eancia do investigado na quarta-feira (12), por\u00e9m, na ocasi\u00e3o, ele n\u00e3o foi localizado. O mandado de pris\u00e3o contra o suspeito foi cumprido no dia seguinte, quando ele foi localizado por policiais militares na cidade de V\u00e1rzea Grande.<\/p>\n<p> Ap\u00f3s ter a ordem de pris\u00e3o cumprida, o suspeito foi encaminhado para audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia, ficando \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
